Management principles

LVR Fleet is managed by its sole shareholder – the Freeport of Riga Authority. Highest decision maker is the board of the Freeport of Riga Authority, followed by the meeting of shareholders and the executive board of LVR Fleet. The company does not have a supervisory board. The decisions within the competence of the meeting of shareholders are given to the representative of the holder of capital shares.

Executive board of the LVR Fleet works to achieve the company’s objectives. Main tasks of the executive board are to ensure the development and implementation of the company’s strategic direction, development plans and reach of the financial and non-financial aims, and execution of the decisions of its shareholder – the Freeport of Riga Authority.

Company management is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 50001:2018 Energy management system certificates and principles of a good corporate governance.
