Board

LVR Fleet has one board member. Kaspars Ozoliņš has been appointed to the Board of LVR Fleet since 2nd September 2019 for a five-year term. His goal is to develop LVR Fleet to a technical service company of the ports in Latvia.

K.Ozoliņš has Master’s degree in Law sciences, as well as a Master’s degree in Commercial law.

K.Ozoliņš has more than 10 years of experience in legal affairs, gained within the municipal and national level, as well as in the field of European integration strategy and international cooperation. He had been Adviser to the Minister of Transport before, but from the year 2013 to 2019 K.Ozoliņš fulfilled duties of the State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport. During his more than 10 years of experience in the transport sector Ozoliņš had also executed duties of the Member of the Board of VAS Riga International Airport (“Starptautiskā lidosta “Rīga””), VAS “Latvijas dzelzceļš”, as well as in the boards of Ventspils and Freeports of Riga Authorities.

Since June 14th 2023, K.Ozoliņš is also a member of the supervisory board at AS “Air Baltic Corporation”.
