LVR Flote, together with a consortium of partners from the Central Baltic region, is implementing the project PILOTech (Project No. CB1000592), which aims to reduce CO₂ emissions from pilot boat operations.
The project has been awarded co-financing from the European Union under the Interreg Central Baltic Programme 2021–2027.
Within the framework of the project, LVR Flote aims to reduce CO₂ emissions from its pilot boats by introducing an integrated monitoring system designed to improve operational efficiency.
To achieve the objectives of the PILOTech project, LVR Flote has announced the procurement “Development, Installation and Maintenance of a Pilot Vessel Monitoring System” (Identification No. LVRFLOTE 2026/3), published on August 31, 2026.
We invite candidates to participate in the procurement procedure – the procurement documents, including detailed information on the procurement requirements and the procedure for submitting tenders, are available in the Electronic Procurement System (EIS).
Deadline for submission of tenders: September 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Latvian time).
