Purpose of personal data processing<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f632c9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f632c9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We process personal data for the following purposes:<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #007dfa;\"><strong>Purchase of goods and services necessary for LVR Fleet, as well as conclusion and execution of contracts for the sale of goods and provision of services\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0For this purpose, we process the personal data necessary for participation in procurement, conclusion and execution of contracts, receipt and provision of services, administration of settlements, recovery and collection of debts, submission, consideration and processing of claims, and similar purposes.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #007dfa;\">Employee selection<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0We process the data of persons who have expressed their desire to apply for vacant positions at LVR Fleet.\u00a0The data obtained during the employee selection process is used only to assess the applicant&#8217;s suitability for the position.\u00a0We do not request data that does not relate to the performance of the intended work or is not related to the applicant&#8217;s suitability for the position.\u00a0We also do not request information that is not necessary for the assessment of suitability for the position, and we also comply with the restrictions set by the Labor Law regarding information requests.\u00a0We obtain references from previous workplaces only under the condition that the applicant has previously given written consent.\u00a0Applicants&#8217; personal data is processed in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this policy.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #007dfa;\">Bookkeeping and record keeping<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0LVR Fleet maintains the accounting in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts.\u00a0As part of this, personal data is processed to the extent necessary and in accordance with the procedures specified in the laws and regulations.<\/p><p>We also process personal data to handle LVR Fleet incoming and outgoing correspondence, process and respond to submissions and requests, issue statements, conduct correspondence and handle other matters related to record keeping.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #007dfa;\">Video surveillance\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0For security, monitoring and property protection purposes, video surveillance is carried out in LVR Fleet facilities and territory.\u00a0Video surveillance recordings are stored for no longer than 3 months.\u00a0After the expiration of this term, we delete these recordings, except in the case that the video surveillance recordings have not previously been requested by competent state or local government institutions, or no criminal offenses have been detected.\u00a0In this case, the storage duration of the video recordings is determined according to the need.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #007dfa;\"><strong>Entry into the controlled port area<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0Our facilities are located in the territory of the Freeport of Riga, which is subject to a special\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rop.lv\/lv\/ostas-drosiba\/caurlaizu-izsniegsana.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pass and security regime<\/a>.\u00a0To enter the territory of the Freeport of Riga, it is necessary to obtain a pass issued by the Port Police of the Freeport of Riga Authority.\u00a0In order to receive a pass, it is necessary to submit the following personal data: name, surname, personal code (if there is no personal code, then the personal identification number or date of birth and the data of the identity document).\u00a0If the territory is visited by vehicle, the make and state registration number of the vehicle must be indicated.\u00a0Without submitting this data, it is not possible to receive a pass.\u00a0We provide a pass to visit our facilities as needed.\u00a0The personal data received from you is given the status of limited availability and after its entry into the pass ordering system of the Riga Freeport Authority, the data will be deleted in accordance with the LVR Fleet case nomenclature. \u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #007dfa;\">Requests<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0Upon receiving a relevant request, we provide information to state administrative authorities and subjects of operational activity in the cases and to the extent specified in the regulatory acts.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #007dfa;\">Other cases\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0We process personal data in unspecified, special cases, informing the data subject about the purpose of data processing before obtaining this data, as well as in exceptional cases to protect the vital interests of the data subject or a third party.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa3d258 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aa3d258\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>4.
